Cast Your Net Wide To Find Private Money For Real Estate
    by Tom Dunn

We've covered lots of places to look for private money for real estate investing within your network of family, close friends, and acquaintances. Today we're going to talk about going fishing in a deeper part of the private money ocean.

Many real estate investors I know use creative marketing methods to find motivated sellers and other sources of real estate deals. I?ve seen everything, from bandit signs to yellow page ad, from billboards to radio ads, and from hats to t-shirts. I rarely see an investor use any of those methods, much less all of them, to find sources of private money to do more deals. Why not? Wouldn't it make sense to cast your net a little wider than the average investor does? Of course it would, because you never know when your message might fall into the hands of the private lender who can help take your business to the next level.

With that in mind, I suggest that if you want to find sources of private money for real estate investing, try the same methods you might use to find motivated sellers. If you place a small classified ad in your local paper or advertiser, you're sure to get at least a few calls.

How about ?Private Lender Wanted- experienced real estate investor looking for money partner to share the wealth. Your investment secured by real estate. Call Tom at xxx-xxxx.?

That's just one example. I?m sure you can come up with more. What about business cards that include a line like ?Have Money to lend ? Want higher rates of return? Call Tom for lucrative investments backed by local real estate.?

Postcards, flyers, signs, even radio and tv are all good places to get the word out that you're looking for private lenders. You can schedule a private lending seminar and advertise it using one or all of those methods. Using the methods I?ve been telling you about in these articles and on my private money site, you're sure to get a few likely lenders to make your presentation to.

Don't think just because you haven't done it yet, it can't be done. Others have done it, and there's no shortage of money out there. A little bit of effort will surely reveal the sources of funding for your next several deals. Finding Private Money For Real Estate Investing doesn't need to be that hard. You just have to dig a little bit. For more try http://private-money-real-estate-investing.com/find-private-money.html
